It depends, each individual project is different and some more elaborate designs may require a fee. All NEW construction landscape projects always receive a free design.

Our design process starts with a consultation at the clients home. While at the consultation we ask questions and listen to your design goals for the project. We'll then gather important details like; measurements, property lines, grades, drainage concerns & pictures of the site. From here we'll head back to the office and start the design for the project. We use a state-of-the-art 2D & 3D landscape rendering software that will allow us to design your project and present it in a 2D or 3D virtual reality. Once we have the design finished we meet with the client to present it, discuss and make any requested changes.

Each project is run by a dedicated Project Manager. Our Project Managers will be your direct point of contact throughout the entire project. We even start a group chat/text with the client, Project Manager & Designer so that all questions, comments and concerns are addressed throughout the project. Our #1 priority is communication throughout the project.
